Built around 1855, Grade B1-listed Marlagh Lodge, on the
outskirts of Ballymena, Co Antrim, was restored by Robert
and Rachel Thompson who bought the property in 2003.
It
now provides elegant country house accommodation in three
beautifully decorated ensuite rooms. Marlagh Lodge is only a short drive from both Belfast International Airport and Belfast City Airport and the ferry ports of Belfast and Larne. The stunning North Antrim Coast with its breath-taking views and Northern Ireland's only World Heritage Site - the Giant's Causeway - can be reached in less than 30 minutes. All of the Province's other major tourist attractions can easily be enjoyed in a day from Marlagh Lodge - and you'll still be back in time for dinner!
Marlagh Lodge also makes a fine location
for private dinner parties (see Dining at Marlagh for details) and can be made available for exclusive corporate hire by arrangement.
