which we use in
our daily-changing menus.
We are proud to be associated with
a number of excellent local suppliers -
our butcher supplies some of the best
beef and lamb we've tasted anywhere
and even our sorbet comes from
a local organic farm.
Marlagh Lodge is fully licensed
and our list boasts wines from all over the world.
We source our wines from a number of excellent wine merchants
including award-winning James Nicholson of Crossgar.
