Marlagh Lodge has a growing reputation for fine food and good
wine. Dinner is served in the atmospheric candle-lit Dining Room with its lovely smoky blue William Morris wallpaper. Rachel cooks everything freshly, including her popular
brown bread and very popular after-dinner fudge! Ireland has
fantastic home-grown produce which we use in
our daily-changing menus. We are proud to be associated with a number of excellent local suppliers - our butcher supplies some the best beef and lamb we've tasted anywhere and even our sorbet comes from a local organic farm!
Marlagh Lodge is fully licensed and our list boasts wines from all over
the world, with a slight emphasis on our own favourite French
wines! All our wines are supplied by award-winning wine merchant James Nicholson of Crossgar.
